Program and Expectations

-Private lessons involve learning new physical and musical skills and applying those new skills to new pieces. As parents are the practice coaches at home, lessons will also be geared towards  information for the parents.

-Group classes are included in the tuition for lessons and are a fun way for children to learn with and from each other in an encouraging setting!

- Parents registering their child(ren) for violin study should realize that this is an endeavor requiring a commitment on the part of the parent and the child. The parent will be involved with the child’s lessons and practice, and regular practice times at home are necessary for progress. The violin is a difficult instrument to play, and the mastery of skills necessary in order to play quite simple pieces can be expected to take some time. However, with patience and perseverence the work is well worth it! You can learn to play beautiful music.
